The owner was excellent with communication, local recommendations, and care of the property. The property was very clean, well maintained, and kitchen well appointed for a ‘foodie’ brother. My older parents would have liked a larger ‘owner type suite’ but ultimately were happy we could all fit in a house together. Bedrooms are small but efficient and the beds were very comfortable which, in my opinion, makes up for any lacking space in bedrooms. I regret not looking to see what the mattress was! The design was beautiful, modern, and efficient.

Very nice property, convenient to the beach. Spaciously fit our group of 8 adults and 6 kids. Pool was great. Host was very responsive.

Beautiful, clean property. We had a great stay and enjoyed our time. Rooms were on the smaller side, not much room to open suitcases, but there were dressers in each room to store clothing which made it easier. Pack and plays for the babies and toddlers were a very tight fit in the bedrooms. The owner was great- very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The only suggestions we have would be to include a map of the closest beach access pathways for renters, and to have the grass freshly cut and pool vacuumed with skimmers emptied before guests arrive.
