Pool was great for our kids! The house is updated and beautifully decorated and furnished. Check in process was easy. No directions were left for the check out process and the host didn't respond to my message requesting information. When we asked for the WiFi information the host referred us to the binder which is outdated and doesn't include the network info, only the password. When I sent screenshots of the info in the binder they took a very long time to respond. They told us to check the router which we could see in a locked room we didn't have access to. The street was quiet and we felt safe. The surrounding streets are not the best kept. There house could use some dusting/cleaning on bathroom shelves and shower fixtures.
