Great communication with host.

The host (Jose) was very responsive and helpful. There was an initial issue with my booking that was NOT the host’s fault. Jose worked with VRBO and me to get it ironed out without further issues. The property is nice and in a convenient location. The basement arcade was enjoyed by our daughters and grandson. The kitchen was nice and sufficient for cooking Christmas dinner for 8 people. It worked out nicely. The only thing stopping this from being a 5 star review is the living room couch is quite uncomfortable and has some stains. It made relaxing in the evening not very relaxing. My mother in law and I had difficulty sitting on it for longer periods of time. The location of the property is nice and quiet. It’s located close to shopping, freeways, zoo and OSU. There is parking for 2 cars (1 covered carport, 1 additional space uncovered). This was perfect for our needs. Nice property with a great host.
