Sarah was helpful and communicative from the start. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The pool and beach access are incredibly close. Property was clean and updated. Kitchen was well furnished. Beach was less crowded than most other places we’ve been. We found almost 100 shark teeth (North Topsail is one of the best beaches for shark teeth hunting on the East Coast). Trip highlight: the evening walk on the beach with the family during low tide. There were tide pools and tons of shark teeth!

Great host! She was there to answer any questions and help in anyway! Property was clean and had a nice pool.

What a beautiful condo! We love staying here! You have the place stocked with everything you need, and it is so clean! It is feet from the ocean and the pool. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We felt like the listing didn’t do justice to this beautiful condo. Inside, it was clean and comfortable. Outside, just a few steps to the beach. Everything was even better than we expected, and we would definitely book again!
