Hampton Inn Nicholasville Brannon Crossing

Nothing special about the hotel. It needs some maintenance. The staff was nice. Breakfast was good and it was very quiet. I would recommend it.

Of all the hotels we've ever stayed in, we've never heard the noise from the room above us like we did last night. There must not be a barrier of any kind between us. We heard everything. They tromped across the floor, dropped things, and tumbled until after 2am, constantly. The front desk couldn't move us because no rooms were left. They said they would address it with the guests, but nothing changed if they did. The noise continued. I thought they always saved a couple rooms back because of thing's like that. The next morning we started to make coffee in our room, but we only had decaf. I called the front desk, but they were completely out of regular coffee. We would have to go downstairs for coffee. The bed wasn't that comfy, pillows not the best, but the shower was nice. Overall, you can have a newer hotel where everything looks great and clean, but without the basics, we overpaid for an awful nights sleep! Very disappointed 😞!

It was clean

This was a short stay to visit family. We will stay at this property on our next visit.
