8 / 10Doskonały·lip 2026
The breakfast was very generous, double even, we had access at the executive lounge and at the main dining area. A lot of personal attention from Aki the breakfast host was lovely. We had a slight hitch with our very fancy Japanese toilets was a bit of a let down. The views over the river onto the city and the castle were worth every hour spent earning every dollar we spent.

Staff are very courteous and helpful. Cleaning was excellent and can back when had had left DND all. Highly recommend.

The room has a beautiful view looking over Osaka castle. The staff was extremely helpful, his name is Hanswools (not sure I spell correctly) who went out of his way to make sure I get room with a beautiful view.
The hotel is all star overall. Definitely recommend to others and it’s within walking distance to Osaka castle.
