Helpful staff and a convenient location. Especially the manager, Mr. Saman, was prompt and attentive, and the rest of the staff were also very supportive
We noticed an unpleasant odor, likely coming from a gutter outside the hotel. At times, the smell is also noticeable inside the corridor and at the front desk

- tasty breakfast (with a choice of english or sri lankan, both are good)
- chance to see a local wedding
- very pleasant staff did a small hotel tour for us
I recommend visiting the nearest Dunhinda waterfall, one of the biggest in Sri Lanka and no tourists at all. But a lot of monkeys, jungle spiders, snakes, and other beautiful creatures!
a bit noisy in the night. there was a birthday party and wedding preparations (construction) up to 2 AM, and then the event started early in the morning. But we still managed to get a good night sleep

The room was a good and bathroom were of a good size. The bed was comfortable.
Bad internet throughout the hotel at time of visit. No alcohol (beer/wine) served in the bar which was not stated. Staff were not engaging the guests as I would have expected.
