La comodidad del check-in. Al viajar en familia, disponer de dos apartamentos diferentes pero en el mismo rellano fue muy cómodo. Cocina bien equipada, así como el resto del apartamento (secador pelo, tabla y plancha). El apartamento estaba limpio y cuidado.

Había algunos desperfectos, por ejemplo en un WC la tapa se soltaba. El sistema de climatización o no iba bien o era difícil programarlo, o salía mucho aire frío o caliente, especialmente por la noche cambiaba la configuración. Al ser un primero era inevitable oír ruidos de la calle, pero en general estaba bien insonorizado, salvo el que daba a la plaza del sevillano que en la noche del sábado se notó el ambiente de fiesta

Muy amplio, luminoso, y con aire acondicionado.

En nuestro caso solo fuimos un dia, y una planta con carro de bebe la tienes que subir por escaleras (o perder el tiempo en sacar 400€ ir a la oficina a pedir la llave del ascensor y volver a dejarla al dia siguiente) al final perdíamos mas tiempo en ir a por ella que en subir todo cargando. De haberlo sabido, podría gestionarse mejor.. dejar pagada la fianza y que la llave estuviese en el alojamiento. Pero muy bien en general.

Apt superbe, en duplex, moderne, spacieux, avec grande terrasse, situation parfaite pour visiter toute la partie historique près du port. Nous avons adoré ! Grand confort. Parking moto au pied de l'immeuble. Parfait. Espérons pouvoir y revenir l'année prochaine, Cartagène nous a séduit !

Ce que nous n'avons pas aimé: le moyen d'ouverture porte d'entrée: ce fut un peu galère ! les touches sont très petites , il faut des doigts très fins ! ! et certaines sont effacées. Si on se trompe 3 fois il faut patienter 5mn avant de retenter 😒. Idem, pas éclairé, lampe obligatoire.

The location was excellent.

The photos on the booking site are a mixture of rooms for example the terrace with the table is not accesible to most apartments what you get is a very small "Juliet Balcony". When we arrived there was a dead cockroach surrounded by ants that we had to deal with, the ant problem the company had to sort twice. Whilst the kitchen and bathrooms were generally clean there was a lot of dust dirt and grime throughout the rest of the apartment. We had problems with the washing machine as it wouldnt spin the water out ( we didnt expect a drier) but at least a spin to remove some of the water, we reported this twice but were told there was nothing wrong with it but as we have used the same machine in other apartments in spain it definately had a problem. The cloths stand that just about went on the balcony had no pegs to hold the cloths on. Very disappointed generally given the cost and the length of our stay..
