Very kind staff Good location (central with quick access to the main road)

Gym - too small, if it was bigger with more equipment it was great

We don't usually stay at high-end hotels but we got a great deal and went for it. It didn't disappoint. Staff, facilities, and amenities were all really nice. It's a newly-renovated building, so fit-and-finish is great. It lacks the charm of an older/historical building but makes up for it with its cleanliness, good lighting, modern facilities, and attentive staff. The breakfast in particular was easily the best breakfast buffet I've ever had. The variety of food choices was astounding. And, unlike what one would expect, the quantity of food did not diminish the quality. All the food - fruit, coffee, pastries, charcuterie, omelets, and much more - was top notch. If you want a little luxury in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, Classyc is a great choice.

The staff were very friendly Rooms were clean.

The sound of running water from the rooms above interrupted my sleep. My son and daughter shared a room and the bathroom set up was completely impractical. There was no door therefore zero privacy to get changed. They had to take turns having a shower in our bathroom which had a door. Make sure you book a room with a bathroom door if you want privacy.
