Lotus Premium Lodge

Lovely friendly staff especially Tina who booked bus transfers for us and helped with anything we needed. Private room was lovely and good value for money. Pool lovely to cool off in. Breakfast was good. We also booked Ha Giang Loop tour with them which was brilliant.

Once we got through reception, the property itself was absolutely gorgeous. Our two VIP bungalows were amazing — very clean, spacious, beautifully presented and just stunning. The accommodation was definitely the highlight of our stay. The property itself is beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere. We really enjoyed staying in the VIP bungalows.

Unfortunately, reception was very disorganised and our bookings were badly mixed up when we arrived. It caused quite a bit of confusion and frustration. To their credit, they did rectify some of the issues, but the booking and check-in process could have been handled much more efficiently. The property and accommodation were beautiful, but the reception experience definitely needs improvement. Definitely confirm your room choices through their whatsapp contact number

It was clean, spacious, quiet. Shout out to Tina for helping us organize transportation and our Ha Giang Loop tour. Shout to Dai our tour guide. He was very informative and fluent. He made the tour so much fun. Would definitely recommend.

The Pool area was amazing but if you where out there at dusk you got eaten alive but mozzies

There was nothing open there was a roof top bar it was closed the restaurant looked open but not sure if it served food and could not get a drink
