Great location, really close to Metro and a huge range of restaurants on the street. Apartment quiet, as set back fromthe road. Modern, well-equipped apartment including washer-dryer. Quick response to an issue with the hairdryer and a leak in the bathroom.

We were disappointed that despite being told the apartment was on the second floor, we were allocated one on the fourth floor, which was nowhere near as light and airy. Note that the lift only takes one person at a time.

Nicely distributed small apartment with nice use of space. Extraordinary soundproofing windows, we didn’t hear anything from the busy street below when closed!

I traveled with a family of five and the accommodation was spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is perfect - a maximum of 7 minutes away from any public transport station. Many restaurants and cafes nearby. ☺️ The accommodation was equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, iron for clothes. Fully equipped kitchen, with a coffee machine and several capsules for the same. I read several bad experiences for this accommodation that people left recently (from the moment of booking to the date when we were supposed to stay), how irresponsible hosts are and how people barely managed to do self check in. That was not the case with us, I can say that the whole process was very simple and that we received instructions to self check in 24 hours before entering the accommodation. 🙌🏻

One minir thing that might bother some of future guests is that check-in is quite late in the afternoon - at 4pm, and check-out is early in the morning at 10am. It suited us because we definitely arrived at the accommodation after 4pm, and because of the flight back we had to leave right at 10am.

The location was perfect. It was very close to the Louvre and there are many restaurants and cafes around the neighborhood. The area was lively in the evenings with plenty of people enjoying the nearby restaurants and bars. We never felt unsafe.

Communication before arrival was difficult, as they did not respond to our Booking.com messages, which was stressful and meant we had to find a phone number and call them directly. The shower was fine for the first two nights, but then became extremely hot (in a temperature impossible for us to have a proper shower) and could not be adjusted. It was supposedly fixed the next day, but after fixing it there was no hot water at all. We stayed for five nights and despite requesting fresh towels, did not receive any. We understand that this is an apartment and not a hotel, but during a five-night stay, we feel that at least a quick clean and emptying of the bins should be provided.
