This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The property is a 3 story townhouse located 5 min from the expressway 285/75 , Cumberland Mall, The Battery, Coca Cola Roxy Atlanta, Truist Park, Jonquil Park, & The Braves Stadium. It’s a 30 min walk from property to the Braves Stadium. I would like to consider it more of a hotel stay. It’s has all the amenities of a hotel. It’s a nice, quiet, peaceful space. I don’t really have a lot of rules except common courtesy. This is a basement apartment. It’s a three story townhouse, and I occupy the first two floors.

Very clean, great hospitality, excellent place for the price point. We were delighted, and I will stay there again when I go back to Atlanta!

Easy to get to, walking within 1 mile of things. We could not find the hair dryer, no big deal. However, there was no thermostat control in this unit for the air conditioner, you are at the discretion of the owner. When it did come on there would be an odor of marijuana. At one point it was so strong we had to open the door and stand outside.

The host was very friendly and communicative. The property itself was super cute/clean and exactly as shown in pictures.
