The flat is very well located The location
Some things are missing in the kitchen such as Italian coffee machine, mop, etc.
The floor (and the staircase) of the flat made a lot of noise both in the flat where we were and from the others.

: The location.
The rooms themselves were not well ventilated.

Very good location! Nice old house, wooden floor, uneven and noisy. Confortable beds, bathroom ok, but low pressure of water.
