Beautiful home on the river and a quiet neighborhood! 2 king suites and separate family section was perfect for our stay. We will be back for sure!

Our stay was spectacular. The house was excellent and just as it appeared in the photos. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The communication with the hosts could not have been easier. They responded quickly and addressed any question/concern almost immediately. We cannot recommend this property enough - 10/10 stay!

This is an amazing property! We really enjoyed our stay and all of the amenities that came with the property from the proximity to the water to the big kitchen and open living room. It was all great!

We’ve stayed at a few homes on this river, but this was our favorite one. Beautiful home, very clean, very relaxing, and the views are to die for.

Evenings here - fire on, river glowing, and nowhere else to be

A river rock floor and slate stone wall give way to a rainfall shower and soaking tub where you can zen out.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 open to this lovely bathroom with patterned tile, matte black fixtures and a double vanity for your morning and bedtime routines.

It also has a walk-in shower.

In addition to shampoo, conditioner and body wash, we’re happy to provide these toiletries: hand lotion, makeup washcloths and cotton balls, pads and swabs.

We’ve got you covered, indeed.

… and retreat to your King bed next to a fireplace.

Our four bedrooms – including two suites – are relaxing retreats that feel like something out of a boutique hotel.

Our bunk bed room is an elegant take on a kid’s room that is equally suited for adults. It also shares a bathroom with bedroom 1.

Your front-row seat to the Spokane River

Arrive to something that feels different.

Quiet moments built in.

Beyond our river setting, we are two miles to the 40-acre Kiwanis Park and four miles to Coeur d’Alene Golf Club and The Highlands Golf Course.
