The house was very clean and as advertised. The location to all that we wanted to do— fossil hunting, museums, ice cream was very convenient. The coffee and waters were appreciated. We liked the amount of closets and hooks in the house to keep us organized. The king beds were nice, but the pillows were awfully flat. Everything in the house feels very used, outdated and ready to break or already broken. When we were there the was a problem with the HVAC system that the owners were aware of that was addressed by window units and fans. The amount of noise to cool the house was obnoxious. The entire backyard, and lower patio were off-limits as was explained in the listing. I did not realize this meant the basement doors were deadbolted and locked with a key we did not have, so there was no emergency escape for my child sleeping in the basement. We luckily did not have an emergency, but this felt unsafe. The house is fine for sleeping, but not nice enough that you want to hang out in it. The back porch is a great asset, but it was so hot during our stay that we couldn’t hang out there. We wished there was a shade for the canopy so we could have eaten dinner or played games outside.

Beautiful spacious house with a great view!

This house is very spacious with 3 separate bedrooms and two living rooms. It has beautiful water views and is very quiet. The deck overlooks the water with a grille, fire pit and table with umbrella. It is pet friendly and I took my two small dogs. The pet is very reasonable and my dogs were comfortable staying there. Hyrum is very nice gets back to you right away. The house is nicely appointed and has everything you need! Just pack your bags and enjoy!! We will definitely be back.

The house has a good view and some cute features. The owners did some things we appreciated such as providing a full crib for our infant. However, this house is very neglected and not in condition to be rented. The owner was upfront about some of the features that were not usable such as the dock and hot tub prior to booking. There are many other issues with the house that was not shared. The HVAC system did not work, some solutions were offered but communication was poor and on hot days the house was very warm. Gutter laying on the ground, back lock did not work, microwave door was falling off and secured with tape, broken towel racks. I do not recommend until they make updates.
