Over and above quick communication with the host and with any issues getting into room with virtual assistant! The room was so adorable and loved the backyard to have for my 2 pups as hotel pet friendly! Loved the sparking pool and fun floaties - hotel quiet and had lovely sitting area with candles for nighttime relaxation! Hotel close to downtown and close to many other stores ! Highly recommend The Muse - we will definitely be back

Great option for a stay in Palm Springs. Clean room, good location close to everything but also being a little removed. A plus. Very comfortable for 3 guests and the property is quiet which made for an enjoyable stay. Would repeat and recommend.
