Loved the rental and location!! It got very warm (for us) sleeping at night in the bedroom with the king size bed, but we sleep warm. Perhaps we should have gone out for a fan, but otherwise we had a wonderful stay and were finally at a place where we could go to the beach every day without hassle. I thought I’d have to rent a beach cart, I must have misread something so we brought ours down. I would come here again!

Property manager / owner is a fantastic host the house was 10/10 spotless upon arrival even with it being love bug season the house was still amazingly clean communication with the host was flawless so easy to get in contact with and the property and area around is amazing while may not be water front it’s the best for the price point for sure! So beyond pet friendly my dogs loved the walk around the block and having the wide open concept in the house! I will definitely return again

The room truly was 8 steps to the beach! The check in process was so easy. Daniel was great and communicated every step of the way. I never had to wait for a response to any questions I had as Daniel was very responsive. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. I recommend booking Gertrude's Siesta!

Great location and the owner was very helpful and responded to questions sent by email very quickly. The grill and extra chairs/beach gear were a nice bonus that we used daily.
