It was overall great

I stayed a few days in the off season and my dog had the opportunity to run around on the beach and in the surf. The location is great to get to the beach as it is 1 block away. We loved fishing in the channel out back and enjoyed settling in around the fire pit in the evening. This place is roomy, well maintained and we had a very pleasant stay.

We booked this to have Thanksgiving with our son . We rented up stairs and downstairs …. If you are renting downstairs u should rethink …. It had a very bad mildew smell which when we woke up the next morning the roads were flooded so I’m assuming it has been under water . The smell was so bad we couldn’t even use downstairs . The upstairs rug were very stained and dirty . We found bugs in the bathroom and none of the Tvs worked when we got there . We called immediately . They sent a guy over . He was super nice and got most of the TVs working . This property is a great location besides the roads flooded but as for cleanliness it’s a thumbs down … also the couches had plywood under the cushions to hold the couch together so it was very uncomfortable …. We have talked to them several times since then and they gave us 96.00 and we paid 1400.00 for the house for 2 nights …. Needless to say we will not be renting from this company again .
