The house was clean with a well-equipped kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful, responsive and proactive.

Right from the start, the host made sure things went well with this booking, and the property lived up to the listing! The host provided excellent and fast communication, and was very helpful with our requests. The property was very clean, and there were a number of nice touches that showed that guests were very welcome. The location is good, and the neighborhood is quiet. The rental is well appointed -- everything we could want was available, and so we were very comfortable during our 5 night stay. The office was an extra bonus; it allowed my partner to work quietly during the day undisturbed while I could come and go around the house. We've definitely bookmarked this property for return visits.

Centrally located in South Tampa, close to downtown Tampa, shopping and restaurants. The house was very clean, fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend.

Great kitchen stocked with what you need to prep meals. Nice bedrooms. Comfortable couch. Nice "extras" like use of computer/ printer and gazebo. We were comfortable during our 4 week stay.
