Beautiful property. Excellent layout inside and a wonderful shaded deck looking out over the beach. Made for a great beach vacation. Was nervous about only having the top floor, but never heard the family staying in the lower level. Felt like we were on our own. Will definitely be back! Also, I use a power wheelchair and the house was perfectly accessible.

The location is ideal, tucked away in a peaceful area but still just minutes from the restaurants, and local shops. Mornings on the porch with a cup of coffee and evenings under the stars were some of the best parts of our trip. The sunsets here are truly magical. The hosts were phenomenal welcoming, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making sure guests have a 5-star experience. It’s rare to find a place that’s both luxurious and comfortable, but SunScape hits that balance perfectly. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or just some time to unwind, this is the spot. We can’t wait to come back!

The property was immaculate with the perfect layout and design to surround the guests in a truly unique Florida beach experience. The always present views, sound of the waves, the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from the porch, screened in heated pool, and proximity to the sparsely populated beach made this a perfect stay which my family and I will always remember.

The rental property is amazing. Facilities and location are comfortable, private, and top notch (but still within 15-20 minutes of Port St Joe restaurants). Hosts were very responsive to questions/addressing any issues; check in and check out instructions were clear, reasonable, and well communicated. We were able to reach out before booking to determine if boat parking was available (it was); that was a great benefit to staying here. Thank you for a great stay!
