Great property!! Everything was right were you needed it to be. Service was great. Even after we checked out they held our bags while we went to breakfast and finished shopping. Shower pressure was great!! Would stay again when in New York!!

room was small and clean but some things didn’t work ie bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way, drain stopper wouldn’t close. service requests for towels and toilet paper and help w the AC went unheeded until we spoke to Manny the manager who seemed sympathetic and sorry and refunded our hotel resort and offered to take care of what we requested.location was great though with two excellent French restaurants right across from the hotel.
