Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great property inside Palmetto Dunes. Pretty close to the beach and centrally located on the island. We had plenty of space, pool was great, house had everything we could’ve needed. It was clean when we arrived and the rental company was great to work with.

The house itself was very comfortable, with large bedrooms and a spacious great room that provided plenty of seating for our entire family. The location was perfect, and the beautiful Lowcountry landscaping added to the charm and relaxing atmosphere of the property.A few drawbacks were the bugs, which were quite prevalent and made it difficult to fully enjoy the pool and outdoor seating areas. We ended up purchasing outdoor bug spray and citronella candles, which helped somewhat. I would recommend having the property professionally treated to improve the outdoor experience. The pool also appears to be in need of some repairs and maintenance. Additionally, the king beds were much firmer than we prefer, and we found it necessary to purchase a mattress topper to make them more comfortable. The air conditioning went out for a few hours one day but the property manager fixed it immediately. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the home's spacious layout, beautiful setting, and convenient location. We would definitely rent again.

Island Time did a great job! The house was well appointed and lived on led like the photo’s. I will book again with Island Time!
