We did need to contact management a couple times, but they were very quick to respond and get our situation fixed. Mark was a pleasure to work with.We were concerned about the pool being open to the neighborhood, but we actually ended up liking the location. The bottom part of the screened in area is private. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. The pool was great. The temperature was nice in both the spa and the pool and it was used daily. We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner out by the pool under the covered patio area with the ceiling fans keeping us cool.My suggestion would be to update bathroom shower enclosures. We had an enjoyable time!

Visiting to celebrate our granddaughters first birthday. Perfect location and house was just what we needed. Highly recommended.

The house is in a great area and neighborhood and it is about 15 to 20 minutes north of Disney. There also are nice restaurants in the area. The only negative thing I can say is that the bathrooms are dated, but overall the home was clean and spacious.
