The venue was incredible and the home was bigger in person than the photos showed. We hosted a friend reunion of 29 people and had ample space for everyone and then some. We had zero complaints from attendees about the venue (only complaints about the pollen). I was most impressed with the communication from the hosts, they were very responsive and friendly throughout the entire process (before arrival, during our stay, and after check out). My friends and I will be doing another reunion in 2028, and this venue is definitely still on the list!

Everything was perfect for our stay! Property was amazing and managers super responsive and helpful with our questions etc.

We had 16 adults and 6 children and rented both blue heron and black bear. Wonderful location near airport and on lake. So much for everyone to do we never left the house. Beautiful pool dock games movie theater room. The houses have a pass thru so it’s very convent. Would love to rent again.

Blue Herron & Black Bear were the perfect layout for our corporate retreat. Amazing properties with all the amenities. Very responsive and helpful hosts.
