Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this two bedroom, two bathroom ocean front residence at Shipwatch on St. Simons Island. The sought-after Shipwatch Community is located on the stretch of beach between the historic Coast Guard Station and Massengale Park. With just 52 units in the complex, Shipwatch is a favorite destination for families, couples and snowbirds alike.
The master bedroom features a King bed en-suite with a combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom has a bunk set with a twin on top and a queen on bottom. The second bath is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Amenities include secured gated entry, pool, covered parking, grass lawn, community grill and private boardwalk to the beach. Each condo has two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, an open dining/ living room, kitchen and balcony. Unless specified, residences do not offer ocean views.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants 5 persons.
• One dog allowed with the addition of the $100 pet fee.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

This place was awesome. It was clean and fit our family perfect. The building and area is very well taken care of. My husband saw a security guard walking around late afternoon making sure everything was secured which made me feel great especially having younger children there. The pool was good to dip in after a hot day on the beach. It is not far from downtown. We also brought our dog for the first time and had zero problem. I would 100% rent this one again! One piece of advise: If you are playing on staying in one of shipwatch condos, please be mindful about people under you if you are on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

Condo was very clean. Good location on the island. Little bit of a walk to the beach. Pool is nice. A little bit annoying to have to go through vrbo and a realty as well.

The unit was clean and as described. King bed was uncomfortable and washer/dryer worked despite not being able to tell the wash cycle from the old knob. Aside from being pet friendly, the complex on the other hand was disappointing. We stayed in the complex in 2020 and don't remember the noise from units above- not much sound proofing when someone walks or opens the sliding glass door. We took the boardwalk to the beach our first day there and when it ends, we had a further walk through marshy dunes. I'm sure the beach erosion has changed over the years, but we drove to East Beach the rest of the week and wouldn't stay at this complex again for that fact alone.
