The house was great and the host was very responsive. We did have an issue with the water heater. They sent someone out immediately. It could not be repaired. They did offer to move us to a different unit, but it was close to checkout, but they were very communicative and respectful. We would definitely come here again.

Overall, great property and exactly as described on the listing. The booking, check-in, and check-out procedures were easy. Positives: Hot-tub, fire pit, location, room for people to sleep, communication with the owner, towels and beach passes, nice big deck to hangoutCan be improved: Hot Water - barely couple people could take a quick shower before water going cold. If the house is rented for upto 10 people, it would be nice if the water heater can keep up atleast for little longer, I do not expect continuous hot water for 10 people but only 2 is very disappointing when you get out of hot tub and looking for quick shower to clean up chlorine before going out. None of the two fireplaces could be turned on - the owner said they will send someone (quick action - great response) to check on it but by then the need to use the fire place was gone. Connecting to the wifi instructions were incorrect - we had to ask the owner for the correct information. The main living area felt little dark - this is my personal opinion so may be enough lighting for others.We did not use TV so can't comment about it. Kitchen supply was okay so there were no issues with that.

All the necessary amenities, but house could use updating. Hot tub and sauna definitely a great bonus and the eletronic games were so much fun.

Beds were not comfortable. Also may want to add some Sort of a speaker system to the tv. Very hard to hear!!
