The host being a company is really challenging. When I arrived I wasn’t given the code to the door to the elevator and luckily front desk was able to help me. While I was packing to leave the code to the main door changed codes when it wasn’t even checkout time and it was a long process to get back into the room. It is very secure you enter 3 codes just to get in the room. Overall I wish there was more communication and personal hospitality when booking through this company. There was also a lot of construction going on and there was no warning of that when we booked and the construction was right next to our room. The lazy river would have been great if the property had more than 4 tubes to enjoy the lazy river. The property did have a really nice seating area and a great pool and hot tub.
