Overall, great location, close to Coligny, shopping etc. Only real downside was the grill which is broken, some missing parts for the appliances in the kitchen to use, the upstairs deck door is nearly impossible to open and close and the next door "Karen" neighbor. Also, the cleaners need to do a better job with laundry. Stains on the comforter in the first room. Positives are the location, cleanliness, beds were super comfortable. The amount of room for the price is great and lots of games to use as well as beach chairs etc.

Great location. Close to Coligny plaza. Enjoyed spending time on the screened in porch overlooking the golf course.

This condo has a great location and the pool/hot tub were wonderful.

Positives:The Villa was in a nice location in Shipyard. Well stocked kitchen for eating and cooking, we were there 4 weeks.Beds & Furniture were comfortableNegative:House keeping was marginal at best. Floors and counters required cleaning when we moved in,Lighting is not great, espesailly the master bedroom.Exterior lighting is poor,no parking are lights and the entrance light to villa does not work.Generally, it needs some maintenance.
