Very cute and comfortable, has everything you need! Great location too.

The guesthouse was clean and ready for use. The kitchen was a little tricky without microwave safe bowls but we got there. My biggest piece of feedback would be, it seems that the door code to get in and out of the property isn't changed too often, which could make it easy for folks to come back and getting into the property.

Place is amazing, very clean, new and fresh, host are brilliant too, great communication and very friendly

The most disappointing aspect was host controlling the hot tub and not being available as promised to heat tub on 2 occasions (i.e. "I fell asleep, had an event, etc.") totally unacceptable on 2/15 and 2/21. The spa was nice when host made it available. The guest house was as described; clean with comfortable bed. The sofa was stained and uncomfortable. Kitchen essentials could be improved, the freezer door handle was missing, ice trays were substandard, broken and ice had to be purchased. There were no storage bags or tin foil for leftovers. The street parking was not ideal, the path to entrance was poorly lit and keypad difficult to read at night. Dryer did not dry clothing properly.
