The host was welcoming and very helpful. All questions were answered in a timely manner. We loved the house. It's beautiful and provided something for everyone.

House was dirty, floors and even bedding (seems like they didn't change the bedding and some rooms even had stains). One bathroom had the toilet broken and could not be flushed.Grill didn't work even though we paid for it.Spent 1 full day with lots of heat as AC didn't work properly, next day someone serviced AC and it worked fine.We addressed our concerns to management thru Vrbo app and via phone, till this day no response has been received. I request some refund or discount but host never responded my messages nor voicemails. For this reason I give the host a 3 star, this has been the worst experience
