Lovely house that is very convenient to the pool and ocean. Could have been cleaner, but would stay here again.

Had a great stay at Ocean Escape during our discovery tour of DeBordieu and the surrounding communities! Highly recommend this property for convenience, luxury accommodations and the vista. Would definitely stay there again.

5 stars all the way!!

Peace Vacations was great! Loved booking through them. Ocean Escape needs much updating, and is not really kid friendly. Staying in north beach villas was not exactly great either. Security will indeed target you since you are renter and not an owner. We were given a parking ticket for parking in the grass, in a row of 12 cars and a boat. We were the only ones ticketed. Come to find out we were the only renters. No signage to not park in the grass and in no rule books. You will not be made to feel welcome by the other folks in the area. The A/C quit working in the house, but peace vacations came to the rescue. Another part of the house needing updates. Many door knobs would get stuck. Wall paper falling off. Pool in the neighborhood is nice and the location to the beach and pool is fantastic. Peace vacations is fantastic. Will use them again, but not for this house.
