Clean, comfortable, and spacious apartment. VERY quiet setting yet close to stores and restaurants. Smart lock code provided initially didn’t work but host was able to resolve issues quickly through chat in app.

Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Very comfortable property.

Adam was a great host! His communication was excellent. The apartment was very clean and worked well for our stay! I would stay here again if we return to the area.

I stayed at this property for a month while looking for more permanent housing. I couldn't have asked for a better location. The entire park is nice and neat, clean and quiet. The apartment itself was exactly what I needed. The bedrooms are extra spacious. The kitchen had everything I needed. I was able to do laundry "in unit." Awesome! Rochester is a fabulous area to be and the apartment is close to everything. In the future if I ever need a VRBO in the Rochester area, for myself or someone else, I would book this location without a doubt.
