The barrier-free ground-floor apartment offers 84 square meters of very comfortable living space for up to 4 people and is ideal for a relaxing vacation close to the beach. Two furnished terraces, a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two separate bedrooms provide the perfect setting for a restful vacation. The bright living area, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a cozy sofa, and a dining area, includes a modern kitchen equipped with an induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a wide range of kitchen appliances. Wi-Fi, an internet-enabled TV, and a stereo system provide modern comforts. Both bedrooms are furnished to a high standard. One features a double bed, a wardrobe, a second TV, and access to the terrace. The second bedroom measures approximately 10 square meters and is equipped with two single beds and a dresser.
