The apartment is small but has an amazing 40th floor view. It is also in a great location for walking to things and most importantly is a 2 minute walk to the free tram service.The downside is the apartment is short on amenities...very few towels no coffee maker (there's instant...which seems a big miss for coffee forward Melbourne) and the there a very few lights in the space.Also the personal check in did not materialize. Not a hassle but would have been nice to have someone walk us through the specifics of the apartment.All in all....worth it for the view and location.

The host is lovely and quick to respond. The view is amazing. However the air conditioning was varely cooling the place which made it very frustrating. Even though the car park high is stated at 2.1 and we measured our car to ensure its under we had trouble getting in
