It's size, location, and amazing beach views makes this a wonderful place for family get togethers. The downstairs rooms, pool table, and movie room gives everyone thete own place to hangout

Overall the property was just what we needed for a large family. Large kitchen and all the utensils, cookware and table settings, sleeping arrangement's, and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the week on the beach and exploring in town. Unfortunately the property has not been well kept up and we ran into some issues that regular maintenance could have been able to avoid. We enjoyed our stay, but for the money, I did not feel the price reflected the accommodations.

This home was perfect for a large group - plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, large comfortable gathering spaces for games and conversation, and a clean, spacious, well-equipped kitchen. The views of, and access to, a beautiful beach were unparalleled. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot - everyone was sad to leave!

The positives are that this home is on a great beach with amazing views. The management company was excellent. The negatives are that the home is dated and there is not a hot tub as advertised. If the owners were to update the home it would be a top tier rental.
