I booked a stay for my parents and the staff went above and beyond to ensure their comfort. Perfect location, walkable to all major places within Udaipur. The rooms were well maintained and the breakfast was good. It was my mum's birthday, and the staff wished her at check in, and then also arranged a birthday celebration for her. They also provided information to major spots to check out and support if they needed taxi/cab services.

Stayed in different Udaipur hotels over period of time, but Naren Vila is the most comfortable, the staff was very helpful and attended all the needs. The food at roof top restaurant was amazing, must try if you are in Udaipur. The view of city palace from roof top restaurant is magnificent. We had taken more then 100 photos from roof top during our stay.
