The view from the property is stunning. You are right on the sea/estuary front. I wish I had brought my paddle board as you could launch from the back of the property.
You are minutes from the High Street bars and shops so amazing location.
The apartment guide is great to let you know places to eat and drink. Things to do etc.
The car parking space is very tight (nothing owners fault but worth considering if you have a big car).

Just fabulous location adjacent to restaurants, Falmouth centre ,ferry to St Mawe's . Very special indeed with great comfort and access to swim in the harbour .Would love to return again.
You would need to be capable of walking up the steps to the town centre which offers a short cut otherwise it is fine to walk an inclined road way to the adjacent restaurants and gastro pub.

View was the selling point, and parking.
Needs redecorating, paint peeling off the bedroom walls. single mattress very cheap and uncomfortable, I had to sleep on the sofa! My dad burnt his had in the kettle as the lid is poorly fitted. Would expect more for this price.
