I love the inviting reception and the cleanliness of the lobby
The elavator floors were dirty but not often they did clean them everything else was absolutely wonderful except my bed there was a imprint in the mattress so that made it hard to sleep

We weren’t told that they serve breakfast, but my husband got sick and had to go to the emergency room at Baptist Hospital so we had to put our keys in the dropbox and leave the hotel around 4 AM
Not being told about the office being closed early and when we arrived,we were not told by the reservationist what we were supposed to do if the office was closed. That was a bit frightening since we had already paid. We discovered the phone hanging on the wall with the note giving us a number to call. Also, there were no washcloths in the bathroom and no number to call housekeeping.

Just the location & Gabby was a pleasure!
The fact that we changed rooms twice no air & soiled bed sheets. James the manager has yet to call me to discuss what happened , will never go back or recommend anyone to stay here, I think every guest had a dog but me, just not sanitary and that’s my opinion. Glad it was just an overnight stay
