The property was perfect. Only a short grab ride and you’re at the local sights. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but the food here was great. Especially the pho. The staff is incredible and super kind—even sent us on our way with some snacks and water. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Ninh Binh and would go back myself in a heartbeat.

Everything. Good food, nice views, friendly staff

The property as a whole was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though their property was a bit flooded due to a flood in the Ninh Binh Area they did everything do make our stay as relaxing as possible. They are also able to organise a bunch of stuff such as tours and airport transfers. The property has breakfast included which tastes really great and the amount isn’t restricted. Lunch and dinner is also offered but not included. The food is also great and not really pricey. Best of all though they make everything themselves even though they have a pretty big selection of dishes to choose from.

The homestay was comfortable, and there were plenty of services available - however all at an additional cost which was higher than average. The breakfast service was good, and there was a good variety. We enjoyed the extra seasonal fruits they served The room itself was tidy and had a spacious bathroom. Although all towels had multiple small stain, and coffee cups were also dirty.

Given the cost, comparatively to the many other home stays in the same location, it did not seem like the best option in hindsight. We would likely not book here again primarily due to value. Laundry service was more expensive than available in the local city. Customer service fluctuated, we saw individuals being treated with differing levels of respect. Early check in cost a fee of 200,000k. Many other places we stayed in the country had free early check in. Towels in the bathroom did have multiple small stains, and coffee cups were also dirty. Location itself is quite nice, although it is very inconvenient to travel into the main city or Tam Coc (15-25min taxis).
