The facility was well kept, clean, decorated nicely. It was in a great central location. Our balcony had a view of Mount Etna. The staff were very accommodating with good communication. The breakfast were fantastic prepared to order.
We liked everything. I cannot think of anything we did not like.

החדר היה גדול, מרווח, מודרני, מעוצב ונקי. המארחים היו נחמדים מאוד, מסבירי פנים וסייעו לנו עם כל הבקשות והשאלות שהיו לנו. ארוחת בוקר בוטיקית ומספיקה בהחלט. הגענו בשעה מאוחרת יחסית לצ׳ק אין ודאגו לנו להכל. המלון נמצא במיקום מרכזי מאוד בלב קטניה והיה לנו נוח להתנייד לכל מקום ברגל. בהחלט נחזור בעתיד!

In a fantastic spot, so handy to all areas. Martino was so polite and pleasant welcoming us in to his Palazzo. Such s grand beautiful property.

Breakfast was ok nothing more than fruit, coffees, juice and pastries with some homemade gelato. People very nice. Room was nice and big and finally a big shower in Italy!
Getting to palazzo Costarelli you cannot drive down street and we were not told that which we did so we will get a ticket to pay later. Owner could of gotten us a pass for that to drop off luggage which we had quite a few bags. When we left we had to take our bags over a block down to wait for my husband to get the car and pick up all the luggage. Not easy or convenient!! Also now costly! No parking around there either.
