Excellent accommodation very clean and spacious.
If only being really picky the blinds in the room could be more functional. Most of them didn’t work so there was no choice to their position.

The location was excellent, short walk to Beale Street. The property was large, well equipped and very clean. The secure parking was close and reasonably easy to use.
It was fine.

Location perfect to local shops & restaurants. Clean & felt safe
Walking to/from garage at night.

Location was excellent and instructions for entry and parking were very thorough. Bed was super comfortable and condo was well stocked with extra blankets pillows and towels. Host was communicative throughout the process and the air conditioning worked extremely well.
No fault of the host, but there was a fairly present smell of lingering weed/smoke in entryway (shared building so nothing to be done there) and in the laundry room and some areas of the condo. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but no real complaints! In the future we would consider staying here again.
