Very centrally located. A hop to the beach and many stores and restaurants near by.
Parking spot is super convenient
Only drawback is street noise but it dies down by night time

¡¡Volveremos!
Nada! Todo perfecto!

The location is excellent and the kitchen is small but very well equipped. The host is exceptionally efficient at responding to messages and very helpfully provided us with very good fans to help combat the heat.
We stayed during a heat wave and struggled to stay cool enough to sleep at night, because all the windows are on the same side, opening onto Calle Celestino Junquera, which is much busier than Calle Concepion Arenal where the entrance door is.
Some of the photos are no longer accurate (eg a flimsy shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom not a fixed screen), some aspects of the flat are worn and not as clean as they could be. The upstairs bathroom is en suite to one bedroom, making its shared use a bit awkward.
