Amazing location, super close to the metro station. Many things are within walking distance. Shower with good pressure, comfortable beds. My kids really enjoyed playing the Nintendo they had available. Easy to check-in.
Small. The place wasn't spotless. I do not recommend this place for tall people. My son is 1.85 m, and he hit his head on the doorframe a few times. On our last night, there were neighbors (I believe they were Russians and also guests) who were really loud until 5 in the morning

Property was really close to the subway and only one stop to Shinjuku making it easy to move across the whole city. Lots of good food options around.
It was tricky to find it as we caught a taxi and they couldn’t find it for some reason and couldn’t drive down the lanes.

Great location. The property had everything we needed.
We found it a little cramped for the 3 of us. The facilities and building was a little old and dated. Cleanliness could have been better.
