Very clean, new. Rooms have their own fridge and a microwave. Kitchen is very clean and has everything.

Bathroom smelled quite a bit of stale urine

The property was clean, the fact that there was parking was also very good. It was well good for a night out in London

It would’ve been nice to have had a iron or steam iron. The kitchen is shared and isn’t very tidy, so also would have been nice to have private utensils in the room, even if they were disposable.

The accommodation itself was lovely. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected, and overall we had a good stay. However, there was a very serious issue with the entrance and exit doors that I feel needs to be addressed. When I first went outside to collect some food, I was unable to open the door from the inside to get back in. I had to use the window of my downstairs room to receive my food because the door simply would not open properly. The situation became even more concerning when it was time for us to leave. Once again, the exit door would not open. I actually had to climb out through the window of my room, use the key from the outside, and open the door so that my partner could safely get out. This is not just an inconvenience — it is a serious safety concern. If there had been a fire, emergency, or any other situation where we needed to leave the property quickly, we could have been trapped inside with no obvious way to exit. I really hope the host gets the entrance and exit doors checked and repaired immediately.
