The rooms were nice the shower was grate , electric hot plate , toaster, jug and microwave all functional , plates cups and cutlery all clean. Not to far from city centre.

The driveway to rooms 8 and 7 is narrow, no sign of a laundry room . Others staying were asking if there was a laundry room or not. As we were unsure, instead of walking around and possibly making others uncomfortable with us searching the property we just went to the liquid laundromat across town. A sign stating if there is a laundry room or not could save others in the future for the awkward moment walking around with there clothes asking others if there is a laundry room or not . Other than that the room was awesome. The outside may need a make over of some sort to suit the rooms more..

Apart from the email saying the property was Waterfront the actual property name was Sea View. They really should put that on the email as there is already a Waterfront. Took us a little time to actually get it right. Yes, the address was correct but you see the name first. As for the keys in the lockbox, that was easy.

The security light turning on through the night. A sign saying do not turn it off. A small blind or curtain on the door would be useful.

Easy friendly quick

Needed extra toilet paper

Location is wonderful

The whole place was very run down/tired
