Gorgeous location, very peaceful and quiet. Snow on mountains and frosty blue sky mornings. Loved the short walk to the lake shore and watching all the little piwakawaka flitting around. Suited our 6 adult family group with 3 double beds and 1.5 bathrooms.
Easy drive into town and to Owen Delany park for the Possum night half marathon that some of our group entered. Would definitely stay again.
Taupo needs more electric charging stations

The property was very nice, its location was great, all the facilities were there except the barbeque as stipulated,
it was clean, had an amazing view and we enjoyed staying there.
There was no clock in the house and there was the barbeque stand but no barbeque as stipulated however it
was all good as we didnt want to make use of it as it was raining most of the time.
