Very good location. Close to beach, city center, and lively Suquet.
Kitchen utensils damaged and (some) unusable on induction plates.
Staircase towards apartment can be an issue.

The apartment is modern and clean and big size
The stairs leading to the apartment to carry luggage up and down is a huge problem

The apartment is very centrally situated close to the beach and with old town just around the corner. A lovely bakery close by.
Everything was fine except that we could not use the pots since they did not seem to match with the induction stove. Cleaning of kitchen utensils were not very well done when we arrived but we could definitely come back given that everything else was fine!
