Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub and game room were a nice addition that improved the overall experience.

We had a wonderful time here. The place was clean, easy to get to, and away from the hustle and bustle of the pigeon forge/gatlinburg tourist area but close enough to enjoy it too. Our host answered our questions. We used the vrbo app to ask them so the responses weren,'t immediate. So in hindsight we could have have called instead. The hot tub and washing machine did break while we were there. Not a huge issue, just inconvenient. At least that was at the end of our stay. It was perfect for what we qanted and would stay again.

The stay was everything we hoped it would be. East check in process on a beautiful piece of property. Great communication from owner. Would 100% stay again!

The home was clean and appears as shown in the pictures. When we arrived however, I reached out to the property manager and let them know there were 2 issues. A TV remote in the bedroom was not working and one of the beds was not made/cleaned (it was missing a sheet and was bumbled up under the top comforter). This gave concern that it was dirty and not washed so we did it ourselves. Unfortunately, we never heard back from the owner/manager. That was the biggest disappointment. As far as potential room for improvement, the beds were unusually small (queens on larger bed frames making them appear even smaller in the rooms) but were otherwise as advertised. The home could really benefit from larger king size beds.
