Parking: Use designated parking only. Violators may be towed at their own expense.
Security Cameras: Exterior security cameras may be in use for safety. No cameras are located in interior or private areas.
Damage or Theft: Guests will be held financially responsible for any property damage or missing items caused during their stay.

This charming 3 bedroom 2 bath home felt comfortable & cozy providing all our needs for our month plus stay. The kitchen had necessary cooking utensils & stainless steel pots & pansfor cooking ease. The beds & linen were newish & very comfortable. The outside wrap around yard was pretty & so nice for privacy especially while in the living area & kitchen.Our 5 year old bichon frisse was happy exploring this outside area. Walking for groceries to 3 different supermarket's was so convenient & close by. Walking to Sonoma square restaurants wineries & shops was an absolute highlight enjoyed almost daily during our stay. The Sonoma Plaza park's festive lights lit up at night during the Christmas holiday season was beautiful & welcoming to our family for a memorable stay.Thank you Ryan & Amy for all you did to make our stay so special & comfortable!Dana

We loved the cottage and it worked perfectly for our needs while we stayed in Sonoma helping our Daughter leading up to her wedding. We enjoyed Sonoma and the easy walk to the square. Our hosts were nice enough to let our son, his wife, and 3 small children stay there during the two wedding days while we moved into the Sonoma Lodge. I don't know how else they would have easily been able to be a part of our daughter's wedding, so we were really grateful.
