EN : Our two flours Hausmannian apartment is like a townhouse in the energy city of Marseille, as defined by the New York Times in 2019. Perfectly located in the heart of the city, you will just have to walk 10 minutes to discover the Old Port, or 20 minutes for the Mucem or the Notre-Dame de la Garde basilica. Now, and after your visits, you will appreciate the calm and the beauty of the cozy garden of this apartment completely renovated in 2018.
The lower floor is the vaulted ceilings space of our children, and comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom and an also TV area.
At the garden level, you will enjoy the large living room (about 50 m2). This floor further comprises a master bedroom with its bathroom and a large veranda with a garden view, which welcomes our kitchen.
In the garden you will find an intimate dining area out of sight and sun. Now, you can also choose to enjoy the cozy swimming pool or the sun terrace in spring and summer.
Finally, the garden comprises an atypical and charming outbuilding of 25 m2 comprising its own bathroom (can be used only between April and October).

EN: Our apartment on two levels looks more like a townhouse. With its private and heated swimming pool between May and September, its garden and its sunny terrace (in spring and summer), it was completely renovated in 2018. Ideally located in the heart of the city, 5 minutes walk from all shops, 10 minutes walk from the old port and 20 minutes walk from the Catalan beach, it will allow you to discover the city with family or friends while enjoying the calm of our garden.
On the first floor, you will enjoy a large living room of about 50 m2. This large space is extended by a veranda which houses our kitchen.
On this level, there is also a master bedroom with its shower room.
The lower level is the space reserved for our children, with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a TV area. All overlooking an English courtyard.
An outbuilding of 25 m2 located at the bottom of the garden completes our accommodation. It is equipped with its own bathroom (can be used between April and October as there is no double glazing).
In the garden, you will find a dining area out of sight. You can also enjoy the small swimming pool.
It is important for our visitors to respect the neighborhood and the tranquility of the neighborhood.
Passenger access
The 4th bedroom (children's room), is only accessible if the group of travelers is accompanied by children. Otherwise, this room will be closed.
Adult beds are double beds, we can accommodate up to 6 adults in case 2 adults share the same bed.
